Acceleration of step 2 in rapid mode (linear slope)

Description

The parameter defines the step 2 rapid traverse acceleration (G00). For positioning in rapid traverse (G00), ramps are often chosen steeper than for the linear and circular interpolation (G01, G02, G03).

This limit acceleration is generally set close to the current limit to achieve fast positioning and fast deceleration values.

The acceleration ramps can be changed in the NC program. The appropriate NC commands are described in [PROG//G231] in greater detail.
