Additional datum to calculate power_state_r

In addition to the field bus and drive state words used for the calculation of the HLI signal power_state_r (see [HLI]), a freely configurable information from the process data can be taken into account in order to handle drive and manufacturer-specific features (additional 'Ready for Power' check).

This additional information is configured with the following three axis parameters.
