Optimised polynomial smoothing for transitions in circular blocks

Description

If type 4 polynomial smoothing (#CONTOUR MODE [DEV...] ) is used, transitions with circular blocks can be traversed faster by additionally setting this parameter.

If jerk monitoring in polynomial blocks is selected (P-CHAN-00110, check_jerk_on_poly_path is 1 or 2), the optimisation smooths the curvature and therefore increases feed rate. Particular advantages result from tangential transitions in circular blocks.
