Correct the setting of the ECS parameters in the channel parameter list:

kind_of_2nd_ecs_ax[0] (P-CHAN-00031)

mach_plane_of_2nd_ecs_ax[0] (P-CHAN-00050)

Re-read the channel parameter list after modification.
