Axis tracking during active (A)CS only for rotation about Z axis allowed.

Description

An attempt is made to select axis tracking in a coordinate system defined by #CS or #ACS that was rotated in several axes.

Axis tracking in a coordinate system defined by #CS or #ACS is only permitted if the new coordinate system planes are shifted in parallel in X/Y and rotated about Z only.
