Invalid index for fixed rotary axis.

Description

The #ORI MODE[] function was programmed. Three vector components which define tool orientation result in two rotary angles; the third rotary angle can be assigned 0 or another fixed value.

A parameter can be used to specify the index for the fixed rotary axis when converting vector components into rotary angles. This index was programmed incorrectly or the channel parameter is invalid. The index can also be preset by the channel parameter P-CHAN-00178.
