Start address and byte offset/index cannot be specified at the same time. | ||||
Description | When the external variable is created, the CNC normally assigns the start addresses automatically. However, the start address can also be specified explicitly by specifying a byte offset (see P-EXTV-00002) or the 24-byte index or by the variable name of a preceding variable (see P-EXTV-00048). However, only one of these two address methods may be used at the same time. | |||
