Residual path for edge bending too small.

Description

When the edge banding function is active, the residual path P-CHAN-00030 defined in the channel parameter list is reduced after the measurement signal is activated by the leading measuring probe. The active path difference in the space between the actual measuring positions and the command positions may not be greater than P-CHAN-00030.
