A spindle which is currently in machine lock mode was commanded from a channel which is not in machine lock mode.

If a spindle is commanded by a channel in machine lock mode, it can be only commanded by other channels which are not in machine lock mode if the channel in machine lock mode reaches its program end.

Either change the mode of the commanding channel to machine lock mode or run the programs sequentially.
