Could not open parameter file for Volumetric Compensation.

Description

This error occurs when one of the parameter files for Volumetric Compensation could not be opened of it the diagnosis file could not be written.

Possible reasons are incorrect path specifications in P-VOLC-00012 and P-VOLC-00016 or missing file access rights.
