Changing the possibility for direct access of cam requires a restart.

Description

The parameter @@P-AXIS-00036 that indicates the direct access to cam switch signal via hardware driver function cannot be changed while CNC kernel is running. The new parameter value is not transferred, the previously active value remains valid.
