Number of cycles for driving out backlash at inversion of direction too great.

Description

Different compensation tables for bilateral leadscrew error compensation (see FCT-C5//Leadscrew error compensation) are specified for the two axis motion directions. The difference between the correction tables (backlash) is driven out when the movement direction of the axis changes. The backlash is distributed on several position controller cycles with the help of a filter. The number of cycles is specified in parameter P-AXIS-00243. The given value is however greater than the permissible maximum value.
