Modification of drive encoder modulo range requires a restart.

Description

The parameter P-AXIS-00528 specifies the value range of the drive encoder, if the encoder delivers modulo positions. The CNC uses this value to handle the encoder overflow. Changing the parameter value during runtime is not possible; a restart of the control is required for that.
