Pre and post files

There is a general pre file and a general post file which are used for all SysMeasLaser cycles.

• SysMeasLaserPre.nc
• SysMeasLaserPost.nc

These files are only valid for this cycle and are written as follows:

Cyclename +Pre or Post +.nc

• SysMeasLaserToolBreakPre.nc
• SysMeasLaserToolBreakPost.nc
