Process (internal cycle)

The internal cycle process can be described as follows

1. Pre-position in X and Y directions using 1st angle.
2. Pre-position in Z direction.
3. Measure in X and Y directions using 1st angle.
4. Lift in Z and return to start point.
5. This is followed by the measurements at angle 2 and angle 3.
6. Description of selected zero offset.
