Invalid parameters for axis coupling in escape geometry.

Description

In the Defining escape geometry (#ESCAPE PATH DEF BEGIN - #ESCAPE PATH DEF END) function, it is only possible to activate the PCS transformation with axis coupling (#TRAFO PCS [212]) if the transformation data are correctly parameterised.

The logical axis number of the master axis must match the second axis index.
The logical axis number of the slave axis must match the third axis index.
