Radial acceleration limit

Description

In basic setting, radial acceleration on curved paths (circles, polynomials) is limited in the NC program by the parameter value after #VECTOR LIMIT ON [..]. The value can be changed at any time in the NC program by the command #VECTOR LIMIT ON [RADIAL_ACC..].
