Description

The value for the manipulated variable currently calculated by the position controller exceeds the permissible value range.

Possible causes:

• Excessive gain factor in the position controller
• Incorrect normalisation of the manipulated variable
• Position lag of the axis is too large

Possible solutions:

• Check manipulated variable scaling (see P-AXIS-00128, P-AXIS-00129)
• Reduce gain factor (see P-AXIS-00099) of position controller (or increase gain in drive)
