Percentage of interpolation maximum velocity in manual mode too small.

Description

In manual mode with parallel interpolation (G201), the axis dynamic values are distributed with a percentage value between the path interpolator and the axis-specific manual mode interpolator. The percentage of the maximum velocity P-AXIS-00212 for the path interpolator is determined by P-AXIS-00095.

The percentage of the maximum velocity is set to the minimum value.
