Feed rate in continuous jog mode greater than maximum feed rate.
Description | CNC is in manual mode and in ENABLED state. The message is issued because the CNC has been instructed to move a certain logical axis at a certain keystroke in continuous jog mode. When the CNC accepts the data, it detects that the commanded continuous jog velocity exceeds the maximal allowed feedrate during manual operation mode.
Response | Class | 1 | The CNC replaces the command value by the limit value.
Solution | Class | 1 | The speed limit value for manual mode depends on whether there is a pure manual mode (G200) or a parallel interpolation of axis movements takes place (G201)).
Pure manual mode The parameter
In both cases it’s also possible to change the parameters that define the limit value.
Parameter | %1: | Current value [1µm/s or 0.001°/s]
Commanded feed rate for moving in during continuous jog mode.
%2: | Limit value [1µm/s or 0.001°/s]
Maximal allowed feed rate during continuous jog mode.
%3: | Corrected value [1µm/s or 0.001°/s]
The commanded value of the feed rate during continuous job mode is set to this value.
