Software Developer Real-Time Platform Simulation Technology (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Design and implementation of software for the real-time simulation tool ISG-virtuos with focus on real-time platform, real-time communication and OS abstraction layer
• Integration, development and maintenance of solutions in the area of multicore, inter-process communication, fieldbus connection and integration of ISG-virtuosS into existing control platforms
• Further development and maintenance of existing software solutions
• Analysis, definition and traceability of requirements
• Testing, documentation and integration of new software solutions
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues and exchange with customers

Your qualifications

• Completed university studies in the field of software engineering or computer science
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g. C++, C#, Java)
• Good knowledge in the areas of (real-time) operating systems and communication
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoy working in a team
• Gladly seen: Prior knowledge in the area of multicore/distributed computing, knowledge in device driver development under Windows or Linux as well as in the areas of operating system development, communication middleware (OPC-UA, CORBA, COM, etc.) and fieldbus systems (Profibus, EtherCAT, SERCOS, etc.).
