The Stuttgarter Innovationstage are always a highlight in the event calendar for software-defined manufacturing and future topics. This year was no exception: we were represented with a stand and a presentation to showcase our latest advances in automation technology and virtual commissioning.

Virtualised automation technology

A key topic of our presentation was the development, commissioning and deployment of control systems in the context of modern automation technology. The combination of precise simulation models and seamless integration into control systems enables processes to be tested and optimised before actual commissioning. This technology saves time, reduces risks and increases the efficiency of projects - a great added value for anyone working with complex control systems.

Successful conclusion of the SDM4FZI research project

Additional highlights of the Innovation Days included the lively dialogue about our involvement in the SDM4FZI research project and its successful conclusion at the Stuttgarter Innovationstage.

Together with our project partners, we are proud to have successfully realised our vision of a production environment that can be flexibly adapted to different requirements like a smartphone, is efficiently manageable and offers room for future innovations.

Two days of cooperation and knowledge exchange

We would particularly like to thank the University of Stuttgart, especially the "Institut für Steuerungstechnik der Werkzeugmaschinen und Fertigungseinrichtungen" (ISW), for organising and running the Stuttgarter Innovationstage. The event offers an excellent platform for the exchange of expertise and the deepening of partnerships between industry and research. Once again this year, we were able to take away valuable impulses and ideas that will inspire our future developments.

The Stuttgarter Innovationstage were a complete success for us and showed how dynamically developments in automation technology are progressing. We look forward to further developing the ideas and technologies presented and implementing them in future projects. Many thanks to everyone who visited us at our stand and engaged in dialogue with us. We are looking forward to what comes next!
