Management Assistant (f/m/d)
As a crucial member of our operational team, you will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Your tasks will range from assisting with administrative tasks to actively helping to shape our company processes.
Your area of responsibility
- Administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office,
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new business strategies,
- Manage communication tasks, including coordinating emails and phone calls, as well as preparing and scheduling meetings and client visits,
- Travel planning and accounting,
- Reception of guests, hospitality and running errands,
- Organization of events.
Your qualification
Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as a hotel manager) or a commercial degree, or you have comparable professional experience that qualifies you for this position. Important to us:
- Initial professional experience,
- An independent and structured way of working as well as outstanding organizational skills
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills, both in German and English,
- Friendly and open-minded personality,
- Confident handling of the MS Office package,
- Loyalty, discretion and reliability are a matter of course for us.
